**Booking:** You can book our cleaning services through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

**Cancellations and Rescheduling**  

– **Cancellation:** You may cancel your booking up to two days before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

– **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your cleaning service, please contact us at least two days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.

**Client Responsibilities**  

– **Access to Property:** The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If our cleaning staff cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

**Safety:** The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our staff. This includes securing any pets, clearing hazardous materials, and providing a safe space for cleaning.

**Our Responsibilities**

**Insurance:** Our cleaning staff is fully insured for your peace of mind. We will cover any accidental damages caused by our staff during the cleaning service.

**Liability**  

-JANM is not liable for any damage caused by the client’s negligence, including but not limited to improper use of cleaning products, failure to disclose hazards, or failure to provide safe access to the property.

– We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in areas to be cleaned unless caused by the negligence of our staff.

**Privacy Policy**  

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

**Changes to Terms of Service**
